Brought Back my "Baby Tahoe" to J & A Auto for an issue I or others could not resolve for months.. Thank you Gabe 'n everyone at J & A Auto (affiliates, partners n friends) for restoring my "Baby" to Life!!

What can I say except, Exceptional, Professional, most reliable and trustworthy auto shop (Gabe & staff) in all the inland empire and this is not just my opinion. Ask around, I dare you!! The shop, Gabe and the great staff have been in the Norco area as long as I can remember, at least from the beginning of the 1980's, from personal experience and family members that lived in Norco, Ca. I myself lived in Santa Ana when I met a Young Gabe at the time (i was a Young lad myself) and was referred to J & A Auto (was J & A Honda at that time) by my nephew. Now, Iive in the Lake Elsinore area, have a 2004 Chevy Tahoe that needed major repairs done, and I will ONLY come to J & A Auto for quality work that I can trust and a "more than decent price" that won't break the "Piggy"! I do everything I can myself and never take it to a mechanic without researching what needs to be done and deciding if I have the tools and skills to do the job myself. Since I almost always know what the parts cost and what the work entails I've found the prices for parts and labor to be very fair and way below what you would pay at the dealer.

Honest, reliable and knowledgeable. Family owned and ran. Prices can't be beat either. No need to look any where else for your go to mechanic. You've found it here at J and A!

I'm new to the community, and I kind of "tested" a couple of shops, because my last mechanic, to whom I was totally loyal to had died, and we moved, and were also new to the area. These guys and gal are awesome! I could tell right away that I had found exactly the kind of place that I was used to working with. They will honesty advise you as to what your vehicle needs, but they also understand if you say, had to put it off until next time. I drive an older truck, so it's great that they are able to fix it up, little by little, where I'm thinking about keeping it awhile. Beats making payments if we can keep it on the road a while longer. Trust these people. They really passed my little "test." Great people!

Been going here for years. Rates are priced very affordable but the service is what earns them the 5 stars.

These guys are so honest. I had an incident where there was oil underneath my Lexus they checked it out worked on it for the entire day and did not find anything wrong. No other place would've done that. Any other place would have charged me $300-$500 and they would've made up something.My wife and I have been taking our Lexus and our Nissan there for the past 10 years doing regular services because they charge about 50% less than the dealer charges and I are that honest.

J & A is my go to mechanic!! I have probably spent ~$2,000 worth of repairs here, and they have always done a fantastic job. All the work they have done has been spot on. I have taken my 94 and 2016 Honda Civic to them and will continue to do so. I have also referred my family to them who have different cars (not just Honda) and they have done a great job.

Honest and fair priced Auto shop. They won't try to rip you off or sell service you don't need.

My car was seriously overheating so I didn't dare drive it. I called all around and couldn't find any place that had the time to look at it, including two different dealerships who said they wouldn't have time for it for 3 or 4 days. Then J & A Automotive was recommended to me by a family member, so I called them first thing in the morning and Frank said to bring it in as soon as I could. I got it there within the hour and they found out what was wrong with it, fixed it, and I was able to pick it up that afternoon! It is still running perfectly and I'm very grateful to them for doing such a great job. My experience at J & A Auto was very pleasent. Everyone was polite, helpful, and professional. It is such a good feeling to know that if my car gives me trouble or even just needs regular maintenance, I am confident that I know the best place to take it.
