My husband and I have been taking our cars to J&A for years. We would never consider going any place else. They are as honest as the day is long. We trust them. We have referred so many people to them. Everyone is very happy. They only do what is needed and don't try to up sell on stuff that doesn't need done just to make a buck. This place is the REAL DEAL! This is my second time bringing in my baby for another repair and I am IMPRESSED. First, the customer service over the phone and in person are unparalleled. They are very warm, honest, they LISTEN, and put no pressure on you to use their service. Since they are very busy, you'll have to figure out a day that will be best to drop off your vehicle before 8 am (at least that has been my experience). They'll process your paperwork quickly and will get you a diagnosis as quick as possible. Gabe called me a few hours after my drop off and carefully explained what my vehicle needed, why it needed it, and the costs. Last, I know people get concerned about costs etc., but just know that you really get what you pay for. They are not the type to just "put a band-aid" on it to make room for another job and get you back in again. With that said, please be mindful and don't be condescending by trying to low ball them with "well another mechanic will do it for cheaper". Go to the cheaper guy and save yourself time then. I'm thankful to this shop and the awesome work they do. Mostly, I'm thankful that I don't have to hunt for a good mechanic service. Thank you J & A!

Frank at J&A not only worked me in to their very busy schedule but also got my car back on the road quickly. The biggest deal for me was going to someone reliable after we went to Lucas pit stop and were completely taken advantage of. While I was waiting for my car a woman came In to get some work done on her car and also asked for an oil change. Instead of just taking her money they informed her it hadn't been that long since her synthetic oil change and she didn't need it at this time. Most places would have just taken her money and done it. This is 100% in my book. Very pleased with their service

I've been going to J and A automotive for years. Gabe and Jacob are the most honest, ethical, and knowledgeable mechanics I've ever. Every time I come in they tell me exactly what I need done to my vehicle, no more, no less. They have more than earned the trust and respect of my family and me.

I have taken many of the vehicles I've owned to them over the years. For minor issues like a broken water pump, new brakes, to preventative measures, like 200,000 mile tune-ups. They are a quality group of professional people. They do great work and relatively fast, normally same day. The prices are reasonable too.

I just wanted to thank Jim and Andy of course their crew for always taking care of my car needs. I've lived here in Corona for three years and have not ever thought about going to another car repair shop. The customer service here is beyond amazing. J&A is the BEST Automotive Repair Shop in the Inland Empire. Gabe and Jacob are professional, honest, and always put their customers first. My daughters and I have been taking our vehicles there for years. They're the ONLY establishment that we'll go to because we are confident in the job that they do. Most importantly, they will make recommendations as to whether something needs to be fixed . . sometimes, they suggest it be done immediately; they might ask you to keep an eye on it; or, simply give you a timeframe as to when the repair should be made. NEVER any pressure!! My 1999 Chevy Tahoe has 289,000 miles on it and runs beautifully. I have J&A to thank for it AND the prices can't be beat. We highly recommend them. You will NEVER be disappointed!!
